James Bay Region, Quebec

PONTAX PROPERTY (Li, Ta, Au)

Large land position in underexplored area of Pontax Greenstone Belt.
Numerous lithium pegmatite occurrences discovered to date, including:
- Resisto Showing – 2.86% Li₂0 in outcrop, and 12.1 m at 0.55% Li₂O and 2,166 ppm Ta₂O₅, including 4 m at 0.84% Li₂O and 4,596 ppm Ta₂O₅, in channel
- Capacito Showing – 3.81% Li₂O in outcrop
- Inducto Showing – 2.69% Li₂O in outcrop
- Transisto Showing – 2.08% Li₂0 in boulder

EASTMAIN PROPERTY (Li)

Strategically located along geological trend and proximal to the James Bay (Cyr) Deposit.
Vast majority of Property remains to be explored for lithium pegmatite.

LAC DU BERYL PROPERTY (Li, Ta, Au)

Situated proximal to the historical Arianne Gold Showing – 5.4 g/t Au over 7 m.
Numerous pegmatite occurrences confirmed on the Property.

PONTOIS PROPERTY (Li, Ta, Au)

Located approximately 10.5 km directly west of the Company’s Shaakichiuwaanaan Property.
Covers ~8.3 km of highly prospective lithium pegmatite trend, which is host to the same regional rock suite as the CV Lithium Trend on the Shaakichiuwaanaan Property.

Northwest Territories, CANADA

HIDDEN LAKE (Li, Ta)

Numerous lithium pegmatites identified to date.
9.2 m at 1.6% Li₂O in inaugural drill program (drill hole HL18-003).
Company holds a 40% interest in Property with Loyal Lithium Ltd. holding the remaining 60% and acting as operator.

IDAHO, USA

FREEMAN CREEK PROPERTY (Cu-Au-Ag)

Gold Dyke Prospect

Interpreted wide-spread, low-grade gold mineralized envelope containing a high-grade component of unknown extent.
Extensive 800 m by 700 m gold soil anomaly.
High-grade precious metal mineralization present in drill holes is indicated to be primarily associated quartz veining rich in sulphide (pyrite, galena, sphalerite) hosted within heavily altered metasediments.
Highlights:
- 1.12 g/t Au and 9.0 g/t Ag over 47.6 m starting from surface, including 4.11 g/t Au and 33 g/t Ag over 12.0 m (drill hole FC20-003)
- 0.46 g/t Au and 7.6 g/t Ag over 14.1 m starting from surface, including 2.08 g/t Au and 18 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (drill hole FC20-002)
- 0.56 g/t Au and 19.3 g/t Ag over 9.0 m (drill hole FC20-001)

Carmen Creek Prospect

Multiple, closely spaced, parallel mineralized structures/vein(s) identified over a mapped strike length of at least 1.2 km, and are open at both ends.
Surface sampling results include:
- 25.5 g/t Au, 159 g/t Ag and 9.75% Cu
- 7.1 g/t Au, 59.5 g/t Ag and 1.53% Cu
- 2.0 g/t Au, 269 g/t Ag, and 11.4% Cu
Prospect has never been drill tested – permitting underway.
Located in northwest area of Property, ~3 km from the Gold Dyke Prospect.
